Whether you’re planning a bachelor party, corporate event or any other celebration, chances are that you’re part of a large group if you’re riding in an Orlando party bus and need a restaurant that can accommodate you.
Considering Orlando hosts over a million conference attendees on an annual basis, it should come as no surprise that there are tons of restaurants that can accommodate large groups of people. However, we do have one surprise wild card restaurant later in the article that guarantees a truly unique experience!

Finding the perfect restaurant for your next event will likely come down to cuisine, setting and of course, budget. The price often reflects the first two factors, so let’s cover those first!
Orlando Cuisine
Orlando is most known for its Southern and Floribbean cuisine. This often means dishes that incorporate fresh seafood, citrus and tropical ingredients. Think conch fritters, fried green tomatoes, gator bites and key lime pie. This type of food is often reasonably priced and best ordered at a counter-service spot!
Another casual dining option in Orlando is Cuban food. Sandos, tostones and other dishes can be found at the Black Bean Deli or Zaza New Cuban Diner.
If you’re looking for a fine dining option, Orlando has lots of steakhouses and formal seafood restaurants with private dining rooms.

Private Dining Rooms in Orlando
While counter-service restaurants can be great for large groups eating lunch or casual dinners, chances are you will want to make at least one fine dining reservation during your stay.
For such an occasion, there is nothing better than a private dining room. The extra privacy permits you to be as loud as you want without disrupting fellow patrons. Moreover, the restaurant will likely assign their best server(s) to your group and will be more than happy to accommodate special requests.
Unfortunately, all of these perks do not come without a cost. Most restaurants require a spending minimum to reserve their private dining room. These can range from $30 – $200 a person depending on the restaurant. The restaurant is also likely to take a deposit when you make the reservation to prevent cancellation.

If these downsides do not deter you, our favorite private dining rooms in Orlando include:
Bull & Bear – The staff at Bull & Bear will be the first to tell you that this is not your father’s steak house. Located inside the Waldorf Astoria, they cross traditional boundaries while still delivering classic steaks and ultra-fresh Florida coastal fish. Their beautiful private dining room accommodates up to 24 guests.
Mia’s Italian Kitchen – This restaurant allows several of its areas to be rented out, including its covered patio, private dining room, dining room hearth, and front bar and cocktail lounge. This allows them to accommodate private parties from 15 – 500 guests! The food is reasonably priced italian, including hand made pastas and pizzas.
Seasons 52 – Seasonal dishes and an extensive wine list make this one of our favorite restaurants in Orlando. They have an oak-fire grill and private dining areas for groups of 10 to 80.
Tibby’s – For a more casual option, check out this local chain of cajun restaurants. Their fried food and energetic atmosphere is a great place to celebrate a birthday or Orlando bachelor party.

Favorite Orlando Restaurant – Wild Card
As promised, we do have one wild card restaurant that is guaranteed to be memorable and accommodates large groups of people. Next time you’re hungry for mystery, go to Sleuth’s Mystery Dinner Show for a chance to be a detective as you and your guests try to solve a murder throughout dinner.
Located in ICON Park, this is a perfect activity for large groups and will have your guests talking about it for years to come.
Conclusion – Best Orlando Restaurants for Large Groups
Orlando has tons of restaurants that are able to accommodate large groups.
If you’re visiting for multiple days, we recommend a combination of casual counter service spots as well as reserving one or two private dining rooms. The best thing you can do is plan ahead and make those reservations early.
We also recommend enjoying some local cuisine including fried seafood, Cuban sandwiches and fresh seafood. You can also always play it safe by hitting a steakhouse.Â
